There was Piera...
Piera’s path to play started around the kitchen table, brainstorming wild ideas with her family. She went to art school, co-founded Refinery29, and created 29Rooms.
Along the way, she discovered what lights her up: creating spaces where people can tap into their creative spark, from tiny meeting rooms to massive experiential worlds.
...and there was Lakshmi.
Lakshmi took the straight-A path—academics, MBA, big tech success, checking all the “success” boxes. But something was missing. So she took a gap year, had her own Eat, Play, Love moment exploring creativity around the world.
Turns out, she had a gift for gathering people through play and joined the Chamber of Connection to help solve the loneliness epidemic.
